Yoni Steaming Herbs
Our yoni steaming herbs are carefully selected and blended to support your intimate health and well-being. However, it is important to note that these products are intended for external use only. Please consult a healthcare professional before using yoni steaming herbs, especially if you have any underlying health conditions. Do NOT yoni steam if:
Essential Oils: Do not use essential oils in your steam; they are too potent and can burn delicate tissues.
IUDs: If you have an IUD, yoni steaming can cause it to shift or dislodge. Limit steaming to no more than 10 minutes if you choose to proceed.
Genital Piercings: Remove any genital piercings before steaming as the metal can heat up and burn you.
