These 1:1 embodiment sessions are a space to meet yourself gently and honestly. Whether you’re navigating disconnection, holding emotion in the body, or wanting to explore pleasure and body awareness in a supported way, the work is shaped around you.

what to expect

We begin with time to settle in with a cup of tea, an optional oracle card a short check-in to explore what’s present for you that day.

From there, we move into guided somatic practice using a mix of breathwork, movement, sound, self-touch, stillness or reflection.

Sessions unfold at your pace, based on what your body is ready for.

Body Awareness & Mapping

60 minutes

A session to reconnect with areas of the body that may hold tension, emotion, or numbness ~ such as the belly, chest, hips, or womb space. These sessions help rebuild trust in your body’s signals and bring awareness to what’s been held or overlooked.

May support:
• Feeling grounded and present
• Emotional regulation through somatic tools
• Rebuilding interoceptive awareness
• Reconnecting with the body after stress, shutdown or trauma

Feminine Embodiment

60 minutes

This session invites you to explore pleasure and sensuality from a place of safety and presence. We use guided breath, movement, and self-touch to explore what feels good, what feels true, and what you’d like to awaken.

May support:
• Reclaiming connection to sensuality & desire
• Releasing shame or numbness
• Expanding your body’s capacity to feel and receive
• Exploring embodied pleasure in a supported way

what is somatic embodiment?

Somatic embodiment is the practice of connecting to your inner experience through the body and not just thoughts or stories in the mind. It involves listening to what your body is holding, feeling, or communicating in the moment.

Through this awareness, we begin to soften protective patterns like tension, numbness, or disconnection and make space for regulation, emotion, pleasure and presence to return.

the difference between being disconnected and being embodied

When we’re disconnected, we might feel numb, overwhelmed, or like we’re “not really here.” This can happen after stress, trauma, or long periods of ignoring our body’s signals.


Being embodied means feeling more present and aware of what’s happening inside ~ whether that’s emotion, tension, desire, or rest. It’s not about feeling good all the time, but about being in relationship with yourself.

How do breath, sound, and movement help?

These are natural tools your body already knows.

Breath brings you into the present moment and helps regulate the nervous system.

Sound supports the release of emotion or tension stored in the body.

Movement allows energy to shift ~ even small, gentle movement can unlock what's been held.

Used together, they help the body feel safe enough to let go, open, and reconnect.

Can I do this if I feel disconnected from my body or unsure?

Yes especially then. These sessions are gentle and fully guided, and you don’t need to have any prior experience with embodiment work. You’re welcome to show up just as you are, and we’ll take it from there.
