We understand that unexpected changes may occur, and we kindly ask that you respect for the following policies to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Deposit Policy
A 30% deposit is requested at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Should you need to reschedule or cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be held as a credit towards a future session. For adjustments made within 24 hours before the session, the deposit will be retained to cover studio rental costs.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are a no-show or do not cancel in advance, the full treatment fee will be charged to honour the rental and time set aside for you.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. We encourage you to redeem them within this period to make the most of your wellness experience, as unused vouchers will expire.

Treatment Packages
Treatment packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Sessions not redeemed within this timeframe will be considered forfeited, so you can focus on fully embracing your wellness journey within the year.
