    Before discovering Wild Moon Wellness I was clueless (which is so wild to say as a 29 year old woman) about my menstrual cycle. I had little to no knowledge about the different phases, how to identify them and how to best nourish and support myself through them. I feel more connected to myself and my body than I ever have.
